Architects in this TalentCloud should have experience in defining, designing, and deploying RPA architectural solutions for clients. The TalentCloud members are required to have good architecture experience of RPA implementation across multiple projects. Other tasks, abilities, and responsibilities may include:
- Must be able to analyze business processes and identifying/implementing automation solutions
- Experience in analyzing, understanding, and documenting the business processes in detail
- Develop and drive the standards, development processes, systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions
- Perform detailed estimates towards the finalized in scope processes planned under development sprints
- Support pre-sale activities and provide technical solutions, effort estimation, define delivery strategy, and plan
- Demonstrated experience in infrastructure fundamentals, scale management, and security
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent professional certification
- UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism Certified Professional
Required Skills
- Strong Written and Communication skills
- Proven ability to automate one or more of the following, web, windows, Citrix/VMWare, and Character-based applications
- Architecting enterprise-level applications involving multiple systems, sub-systems, and ERP applications
- Experience with either of RPA Software tools (e.g. Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion)
- Experience in automation that covers business acumen, time management skills, and a passion for learning
- Adept at process assessments and understands applications of RPA in different business domains.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and market
- Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation including RPA proof of concepts
- Expertise in at least one of market-leading RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath and deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles, gathering requirements, and designing solutions
- Experienced in using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Screen, Data & Web scraping techniques
- Understanding of technologies outside of automation, i.e. Databases, APIs, .net framework, server architecture, etc.
- Experience using Cloud-Based Activities (OCR, NLP, Computer Vision, etc.) from Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc.
Preferred Skills
- 2+ years of experience in leading architecture and design for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementations
- Nice to have experience in Cognitive technology deployment
- Building Business case, CBA, and ROI for RPA initiatives
- Experience with AI and ML activities
- An understanding of Hyper Automation and Intelligent Process Automation
- RPA Maturity Framework and scaling at the enterprise level
- Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
- Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand using RPA tools
