This TalentCloud seeks experts who can deploy and maintain critical applications on a cloud-native microservices architecture. The TalentCloud members should be able to implement automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code. Additional responsibilities include:
- Deploying and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
- Supporting and working alongside a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies
- Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments
- Sustain and improve the process of knowledge sharing throughout the engineering team
- Have on-call responsibilities in rotation with the engineering team
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in architecture/design/build of Cloud-based infrastructure and applications using IaaS/PaaS
- At least 4 years of experience DevOps /CI-CD platform design and implementation
- At least 4 years of experience in DevOps pipeline, Terraform enterprise, Docker, Github, and other DevOps tools
- At least 3 years of experience in scripting and/or CLI
Nice-to-have Skills
- Proven experience in validating requirements, deploy and troubleshoot deployments of code and technologies in stage and production environments
- Demonstrating leadership, influencing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive continuous performance improvements with the stakeholders, vendors, and technology subject matter specialists
- Establishing a stable, reliable secure, and high performing provisioning platform and services
- Building, maintaining and controlling stage and production environments
- Troubleshooting complex incidents in stage and production environments
- Proactive monitoring and alerting capabilities for all components of the platform
- System health and capacity is reviewed and enhanced as needed
- Documenting SOPs and performing knowledge transfer to others
- Leading knowledge management initiatives across a global DevOps team
- Working with code management tooling such as Github/Gitlab
- Working with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline tooling and deployments
- Possessing experience with Linux and Windows administration
- Demonstrating experience in configuration management across a multi-platform estate such as Ansible, Puppet, or Salt
