This TalentCloud is seeking cyber professionals who can work to secure the entire supply chain process for an organization through identification, assessment, and risk mitigation of the interconnected and distributed IT and OT products or services throughout the entire system life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, assess, and monitor supplier data and practices for potential risk factors
- Identify and adjust cyberthreat metric markers, automate alerts and create detailed supply chain risk management reports
- Seek out risk anomalies and provide protection and recovery recommendations
- Develop processes, policies, strategies, and support to the overall organization
- Communicate timely and effectively with senior management and executive when issues arise
- Collaborate with other IT teams to improve upon the security of information systems and operations
- Train various team members in SCRM practices, incident handling, and notification and reporting protocols
- Identify intentional and unintentional supply chain vulnerabilities, threats, and compromises
- Minimize risk through continuous infrastructure assessment and threat mitigation
- Incorporate threat metrics, reporting, and process improvements
- Implement tracking practices and incident countermeasures
- Monitor personnel, information, and global sourcing partners
- Collaborate, communicate and coordinate across all departments
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or Related Field
Required Skills
- Team player and self-motivated individual under right circumstances
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and meet deadlines
- Use visualization tools, such as Analyst Notebook, Maltego, or others
- Program and scripting skills in various codes, like Python
- Understanding of network environments, including LAN, MAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, and more
- Investigative or forensics experience highly desired
- Background in information assurance and security engineering
Preferred Skills
- Complete specialized certification in relevant areas, such as Security+, CISSP, GIAC, OSCP, CASP, CISM, and others
- TS/SCI security clearance may be required if necessary
- Logistics background would be beneficial
- Experience with hosted systems of a virtual and cloud-based nature
