3. Equipment and Facility Management

- Manage the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure that all machines and equipment are functioning optimally and comply with company standards.
- Recommend and implement upgrades or replacement of equipment when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and proficiency in maintenance scheduling.
