Experts in this TalentCloud should be able to collaborate with the Chief Data or Chief Strategy Officer and a broad range of leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change.
- Design innovative Enterprise Data strategies that will facilitate a consistent, trusted, and readily available flow of data across the company supporting growth and productivity
- Drive Enterprise Data programs across the organization that develops Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data
- Design Enterprise frameworks and target operating models to be adopted across the company in support of new data capabilities
- Design and implement strategies that will achieve growth and productivity through process automation

Required Skills
- Experience leading and managing large-scale programs focused on Enterprise Data and Analytics
- Comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or as a leader in a functional role
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional integration/relationships and program execution
- Demonstrated success in defining and measuring business growth and productivity KPI’s concentrated around proving benefits of Enterprise Data Management
- Ability to drive large-scale change/projects and lead enterprise-wide transition management efforts
- Expert level project/program management skills. Lean process design experience preferred
- Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills
- Excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on the ability to collaborate with others
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
- Ensure that data, research resources, and insights are effectively understood and communicated
- Ability to build relationships, establish confidence, and influence clients and colleagues at all levels of the organization
