This TalentCloud focusses on Solution Consultants and Trainers, who are knowledgeable and experienced in the Creator Workflows Product. All of the TalentCloud roles are additions to the Citizen Development component of the ServiceNow Operating Model. Empower citizen developers with prebuilt templates and low‑code tools. Automate repetitive tasks to all developers, citizen or professional, can focus on more strategic, higher value work.

IT Workflows Products: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Operational Technology Management (OTM), Security Operations (SecOps), and Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC)

Employee Workflows Products: HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Workplace Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, Procurement Service Management, or Safe Workplace Suite

Customer Workflows Products: Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), Financial Services Operations, Telecommunications Service Management, Technology Provider Service Management, Healthcare and Life Sciences Service Management, and Public Sector Digital Services

Creator Workflows Products: App Engine, Automation Engine, and Integration Hub

Now Platform Components: Flow Designer, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Automation Discovery, Reporting, Service Portal, Employee Center, Service Catalog, Benchmarks, Visual Task Boards, Surveys and Assessments, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Mobile App Builder, AI Search, Process Optimization, and Automated Testing Framework (ATF)

Solution Consultant

  • Possess domain, technical, or industry level experience commonly associated with previously being a Business Analyst or Business Process Architect/Analyst as well as three (3) years of experience with the Workflows Product being automated
  • Work directly with Platform Owner, Platform Architect, and Product Architect to create and/or drive the Citizen Development Program
  • Working experience with the entire Creator Workflows Product offering
  • Manage the training needs of Citizen Developers throughout the organization
  • Work with Organization Change Management (OCM) Lead to execute the Creator Workflows Product objectives outlined in the Platform Strategy
  • Actively participate in the ServiceNow Community and knowledge about Creator Workflows based updates on the Now Platform
  • Possess the following ServiceNow certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD)

App Engine Trainer

  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with App Engine
  • Work directly with Product Owner, Platform Architect, Product Architect, or Solution Consultant to ensure the training program is aligned with the Platform Strategy
  • Empower Citizen Developers – as well as Professional Developers – to build apps quickly and easily with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Process Automation Designer
  • Ability to develop App Engine training content as needed
  • Deliver App Engine training sessions via omnichannel (in-person, on-demand) methods
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and potential use cases for App Engine
  • Actively participate in the ServiceNow Community and stay up to date with Creator Workflows based updates on the Now Platform
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills as well as knowledge of workflow

Automation Engine Trainer

  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with Automation Engine
  • Work directly with Product Owner, Platform Architect, Product Architect, or Solution Consultant to ensure the training program is aligned with the Platform Strategy
  • Empower Citizen Developers – as well as Professional Developers – to automate tasks via RPA Hub, RPA Spokes, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Document Intelligence
  • Ability to develop Automation Engine training content as needed
  • Deliver Automation Engine training sessions via omnichannel (in-person, on-demand) methods
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and potential use cases for Automation Engine
  • Actively participate in the ServiceNow Community and stay up to date with Creator Workflows based updates on the Now Platform
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills as well as knowledge of workflow
