Algorithm for Healthcare Technology Start-up (UPDATED)

Project Description

This is an RFP for a professional service application: algorithm development and multiple platforms to present resulting data. Our immediate objective is to deliver an algorithm for determining expected case-mix index ("expected CMI") for a given hospital, specialty group, or individual physician. The generated "expected CMI" metric will then be compared to the hospital's, specialty group's or individual physician's "actual CMI," and the difference will be called the case-mix index gap (CMI gap) – mathematically derived by subtracting "actual CMI" from "expected CMI."
