In our industry, the competitive landscape moves and changes rapidly. Currently, our biggest challenge is getting a full understanding of this fast-paced environment, specifically competitor pricing models. We would like to better understand how our competitors package and price their products and services.
For this particular project, we require someone who has a strong background and experience in research, is technically proficient, and has the ability to sift through multiple data sources and parse out relevant information. We are focused on a specific list of competitors; this list will be provided at the start of the project.
The required deliverable is a completed pricing matrix for each competitor; an Excel template will be provided at the start of the project.
