Customer Segmentation for National Distributor/Retailer of Building Products

Project Description

We are national distributor of staircase & railing products that sells to: Millwork Suppliers, Stair Installation Companies, Home Builders, Remodelers & Contractors, Homeowners and more. We need to have our customer list segmented by business/consumer type. We are building a new marketing strategy/plan for 2016. We are looking for an analysis of the data to determine prospect profiles, affinities, and action steps for execution of marketing. We use SAGE Mas for our CRM, We would like to segment our customer base across various dimensions, including the following:

Repeatability of the customer

Volume and orders

Revenue generated and Loyalty (number of years with you)
