Matching Algorithm for Executive Mastermind, Iteration 2

Project Description

We seek to build the second iteration of the algorithm mentioned here: https://www.experfy.com/projects/50-matching-algorithm-for-high-profile-executive-mastermind-group

This algorithm will update and improve upon last years algorithm by: adding new member data, adding newly collected data for members (by helping us survey and collect relevant information from members), and clustering the Mastermind group into groups of 8 people.
