Latent Class Segmentation on Survey Data

Project Description

Perform latent class segmentation on survey data to identify meaningful, actionable, and targetable segments based on needs, attitudes, and usage of telco services and technology in general. 

Specific tasks:

1. Perform latent class segmentation on survey data. 

2. Build predictive algorithm to predict the segment membership of internal customer database. Essentially, build segmentation on survey data and then assign segment membership of internal database

Kind of resource:

1. Expert in latent class segmentation on survey data and customer transaction data

2. Must have executed multiple projects in latent class segmentation and building typing or predictive tool to assign segment membership
