Vistaprint is looking for senior Analytics or Data Science practitioners (lead/principal level) with deep expertise in Pricing, who can:
· Provide thought leadership on methodologies and approaches
· Lead delivery of Pricing projects as a hands-on practitioner
· Partner with our existing team, and upskill other analytics team members along the way
Deep experience in Pricing is desirable, with extensive experience delivering analytics projects, preferably in an ecommerce or retail context. Some projects or areas of focus could include:
-Developing price elasticity curves, identifying data gaps, analyzing data, and helping with initial implementation
-Enhance our framework for measuring the impact of price changes, both long and short term, via testing (ABn, multivariate) or other approaches (pre-post analysis)
-Identify opportunities for optimization, developing a methodology and approach to detecting where tuning is needed within our portfolio of several thousand SKU’s.
-Increasing the scalability of pricing optimization, including approaches such as Dynamic Pricing, and integration of deep learning or other AI/Machine Learning approaches
This a full time role at 25-40 hours per week. We are open to part time with the caveat that the expert needs to have enough hours available to make an impact both on the projects and with the team here.
This will be a 3- 4 month engagement with an option to extend.
Location Preference: At least 20-25% on site in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA or in our office in Barcelona, Spain. Local candidates for each location are preferred.
