Tableau one-on-one consulting

I'm looking for someone to help us take the next step in usage of Tableau across the organization.  This will be someone who has experience consulting with companies on how to get started using the tool and knowledge in tool usage to be able to answer my specific questions.  We are up and running and I've built many workbooks that work fine, but I am self-taught and want to advance more quickly.  I'm not interested in general training as I want to be personalized for my needs.

This is a highly interactive engagement in which I work with someone live to address my specific needs.  I would like available for at least a few hours between 8AM and 5PM Eastern Time.  Because of this live interaction, ideally, this is someone who is in southwestern CT and can spend time with me one-on-one in our store in Westport, CT.  However, virtual work through screen share is acceptable.

Mitchells is a retail business, so the data is based around customers and products. We are a company that has historically used large spreadsheets or pdfs of data for business decisions.  We've implemented Tableau in the last year, and are slowly working to increase adoption.  Retail experience preferred, but not required.

In addition to the list below, I'm open to your ideas of how we might improve.  My specific current needs are:

1) Moving from data grids/charts to more visual displays

2) Implementation of more advanced functions such as segmenting customers based on a characteristic and then using that aggregate as a dimension or adding images from a url into a worksheet or dashboard

3) Greater efficiency of structure of data sources and workbooks

4) Automated export of workbooks to a folder for external reporting

In terms of timing, I envision this engagement as being about 10-15 hours to start but then be available as we have pop up questions over time.
