Customer Experience, Linguist and Conversational AI

Project Description

One of our Fortune 100 client needs to create a bot to replace customer service representatives that help people who call in to pay less than their full monthly payment and set up an arrangement to pay the amount in full over time.

The team needs someone who can lead and execute on deciding what the sentence responses by the bot are to all different potential questions asked. This person should have linguist expertise as well as customer experience and tech voice enabled experience.
